Class Description: In this four-part series, we will explore questions of gender and mitzvot - how we make mitzvot like prayer, tallit, and tefillin accessible and meaningful to all members of our community. We’ll ask questions about the history and development of different practices and current writing/thinking on the topic with an eye towards considering our own community’s practice.
